The countdown is on: one month until I leave for Nepal

Hello All!

For those of you who don't know - I am heading to Nepal for an epic, (maybe) once in a lifetime trip, trekking through the Khumbu region of the Himalayas with my beloved cousin Sarah. I will be away starting Oct 28 and returning to work Nov 20th.

This means if you've been thinking of getting in touch for a hair or training session : book in now while there are still spots available. October is already starting to fill up.
