The All Girls Boxing Classes will be on Wednesdays 3:30p-4:30p starting Sept 18 and goes until Dec 11.

What is this all about? I’m glad you asked! This class is about teaching basic boxing skills, building strength and agility with a focus on deepening connection with each other and our community and starting a journey of falling in love with oneself.
I want these girls to find the value of having a strong body and to love the bodies they were born into.
I want them to have a safe place to be seen and heard - no matter what happens out there - they have a place with us.
