Class Schedule Aug 21-25

Yep a little late on posting this so Monday 9:30am has come and gone. But there is still more days in the week so here they are!

***** CORRECTION TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY CLASS TIMES TO SWITCH*******

Tuesday : 7am @ CP HQ

Wednesday : 9:15am @ CP HQ

Thursday: 9:30am at GM/BigRiggs: Lily is covering this for me as I'm at PNE with the kids.

Friday : 9AM (not 9:15am) @ cherry picker pecker party. Bring towel (and bathing suit if you want) for our dip post workout.

PLEASE NOTE: I am AWAY Aug 27-Sept 4. Classes will still happen at GM/BigRiggs as i have amazing support there.❤️
