I am so excited about this amazing group of girls! Together, we will build a vibrant community based on trust and safety, empower each other to feel strong, and embrace our bodies for their capabilities, not their appearance. Let's embark on a journey to self-love and help these girls discover the beauty within themselves! We will learn basic boxing drills, strength and agility, dance, play games and have fun!
We will meet Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm at Yoga by the Sea in Roberts Creek. There is an option to have your daughter met at Roberts Creek Elementary School and walked over to the studio to give parents more time to do whatever it is they need to do!
