Service Description

Grab your friends and pick your goals you want to work on. Get the support in nutrition, recovery, sleep, stress and movement. Ask the questions you can't in a class environment. Share your goals while laughing and spending time together. What a fun way to hang out! Pick the path that suits you all, build trust in your body and each other.

Cancellation Policy

If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Please give as much lead time as possible. $50 fee will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours *clients get 1 get out of jail free no fee late cancel *
