We can meet in person or online. We will discuss your nutrition goals, where you are at today, and where you want to go.

Cancellation Policy

If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Please give as much lead time as possible. $50 fee will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours *clients get 1 get out of jail free no fee late cancel *
