30 min free consultation to find out if this nutrition coaching support is for you! This meeting can be online, over the phone or in person in Roberts Creek or GM/BigRiggs Fitness or a location of our choosing.

Cancellation Policy

If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Of course, more lead time the better, but we all know it can sneak up on you. For group classes - no fee at this time for late cancel. For personal training : 50% of the session will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours *clients get 1 get out of jail free no fee late cancel *
