Service Description

For 2 people =$37.50 / person/session For 3 people = $25/ person/session Grab a few of your favourite humans and move together. Share your goals while laughing and spending time together. What a fun way to hang out! Pick the path that suits you all, build trust in your body and each other.

Cancellation Policy

If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Of course, more lead time the better, but we all know it can sneak up on you. For group classes - no fee at this time for late cancel. For personal training : 50% of the session will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours *clients get 1 get out of jail free no fee late cancel *
