Legends Fit Class (60 yr+)
Service Description
This small group training class is for 60 yr + LEGENDS with a max of 4 people to ensure quality movements and safety. Here you will work on stretching, activation, agility and balance, and fundamental strengthening to keep you living at home doing the things you love.

Cancellation Policy
If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Please give as much lead time as possible. The full amount of $80 will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours (if not sick) *clients get 1 get out of jail free NO FEE LATE cancel *
