Service Description

In this 60 min session we will go through fundamental movement patterns and assess where you are at and where you want to go.

Cancellation Policy

If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Of course, more lead time the better, but we all know it can sneak up on you. For group classes - no fee at this time for late cancel. For personal training : 50% of the session will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours *clients get 1 get out of jail free no fee late cancel *
