Initial Group of 4 Assessment

Service Description

We meet. We talk. We figure out where to go together, and asses where each member is at. The group must have shared goals. You get to have the eyes of a coach watching you as you get dialled in on those movements, crush those group goals together, and have blast hanging out with your faves.

Cancellation Policy

If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Of course, more lead time the better, but we all know it can sneak up on you. For group classes - no fee at this time for late cancel. For personal training : 50% of the session will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours *clients get 1 get out of jail free no fee late cancel *
