Come workout with us for a functional fitness class. This is a great place to get start your functional fitness journey. When you challenge yourself - you are creating new adaptations in your body which will make you more unbreakable in life. Out of the many benefits from functional training - you will see less abdominal fat, better cognition, balance, agility, cardiovascular capacity and strength. We train for optimal health. Classes are Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30am at GM/BigRiggs Fitness in Gibsons, BC

If you are sick - you can cancel any time leading up to your session. Please give as much lead time as possible. The full amount of $80 will be charged if cancelled if less than 24 hours (if not sick) *clients get 1 get out of jail free NO FEE LATE cancel *
